U.S. currency was recovered following the January 8, 2011 shooting by Jared Lee Loughner in Tucson, Arizona. A brown paper bag with the text “U.S. Currency Quarter”, the case number (1101-08-078), and the date of the incident. Information was redacted per 5 U.S.C § 552 (b)(6), (b)(7)(C). (b)(6) personnel and medical files and similar files the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy; (b)(7) records or information compiled for law enforcement purposes, but only to the extent that the production of such law enforcement records or information (C) could be reasonably expected to constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
