Barrier tape in the grocery store parking lot marked the crime scene where the January 8, 2011 shooting by Jared Lee Loughner occurred in Tucson, Arizona. FBI and local law enforcement are working in the crime scene. Information was redacted per 5 U.S.C § 552 (b)(6), (b)(7)(C). (b)(6) personnel and medical files and similar files the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy; (b)(7) records or information compiled for law enforcement purposes, but only to the extent that the production of such law enforcement records or information (C) could be reasonably expected to constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
