Parking lot of the shopping center where the January 8, 2011 shooting by Jared Lee Loughner occurred in Tucson, Arizona. Barrier tape marks the crime scene where the FBI’s Evidence Response Team (ERT) and local law enforcement were working. Information was redacted per 5 U.S.C § 552 (b)(6), (b)(7)(C). (b)(6) personnel and medical files and similar files the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy; (b)(7) records or information compiled for law enforcement purposes, but only to the extent that the production of such law enforcement records or information (C) could be reasonably expected to constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
